  • 1 business location, its surrounding market and 3 competitors, reviewed through public information. We compare published prices, menus, services, photos, reviews and websites.
  • Your website, Google Business Profile and up to 5 external channels are checked.
  • Map visibility for 1–2 key search terms is checked once, with the location and time recorded. We also review call, inquiry, booking and order paths, recent reviews and return-visit touchpoints.
  • A summary report with 3 actions to take now: why each matters, how to do it yourself, Mik Design's scope and cost, what can wait and what remains unverified. Includes a 30-minute results meeting.

Results are delivered in about 1 week after your materials are confirmed.

Not included: interviews, revenue and cost analysis, paid market data, usability testing, production, edits and ongoing operations. Additional research is scoped and priced in advance. Map and search results reflect the time of measurement. Research already done and work already contracted are not billed twice, and changes in rankings, visits or revenue are not guaranteed.

Full $199 credit within 30 days: if both parties sign a contract within 30 days of the date the results email is delivered, the full diagnosis fee is credited from the first invoice of that one contract. Any remaining balance carries over to the next invoice. Pass-through costs such as taxes, ad spend and external tools are excluded from the credit. Brand story

We turn your reasons for starting, your process, philosophy and strengths into a story customers can follow, develop names and slogans with direction and usage context, and write introductions, key messages and service descriptions, including real cases and testimonials used with consent.

  • The actual scope, deliverables, revisions and schedule are agreed before work begins.
  • Trademark legal review and filing are not included, and we do not guarantee rights to a name.

02 / Project quote

Graphic design

Logos with a wordmark, symbol and agreed combinations in color, black-and-white and other needed forms. Business cards with a clear hierarchy of logo, name and contact details, front and back layouts and print files. Menus, price lists and service materials in print and mobile versions. Signage, wayfinding and packaging fitted to location, size and production conditions. Web and social profiles, covers and post templates. Guidelines for color, type and logo use, and art direction for shot lists, composition and style.

  • Scope, sizes, quantities and revisions are agreed in advance. Basic application of an existing brand to your website is included in the website fee.
  • Not included: printing, production, installation, shipping, actual photo shoots, models and location booking.

Business systems

Staff scheduling screens, inventory by item with stock-in and stock-out workflows, bookings by service and time slot with deposits, reminders and no-show policies, website ordering and payment with supported gift card features, and CRM covering inquiry intake, lead status, assignees, automation and data migration. We work from setting up and integrating selected tools to custom development where needed.

  • POS and delivery app integrations depend on each tool's supported features, permissions and connectable data. Agreed staff training and an operating guide follow the build.
  • Existing booking links or a basic widget are included in the website fee. New systems, integrations and training are quoted as projects.
  • Medical intake and the collection, processing or storage of health information are not included. External tool fees, payment processing fees, messaging costs and deposit and cancellation policies are agreed before work begins.

Social & advertising

Initial social setup, covering account, profile, bio, links and supported FAQ, is a project quote, with need, scope and cost agreed first. Ad platform setup, creative, execution and results review are a monthly quote.

  • Google, Meta and Local Services Ads after checking each platform's requirements. Ad spend and tool fees are agreed separately.
  • One-time copy production is a project quote and recurring copy is a monthly quote. Social Management scope is shown under Monthly services.

Customer relationships

Set up as projects: review request flows; newsletters, booking reminders and return-visit coupons; loyalty and membership with stamps, points or regular-customer perks; QR codes on tables, receipts or printed materials that lead to review requests or return-visit sign-up; and campaigns for events, seasons or new services that link messages, landing pages, posts and follow-up.

  • Recurring review replies on agreed channels, email and SMS sending, and membership and campaign operations are monthly quotes, separate from Social Management. Recurring scope and monthly cost are agreed first, and we record progress and verifiable results.
  • We agree recipients, volume, approvals, responses, consent, opt-out and frequency; supported tools and policies for loyalty programs; QR purpose, linked page, placement and print scope; and campaign channels, period and quantities. Photography, printing, sending and external tool costs and additional ad spend are agreed in advance.

Research, measurement & testing

We check your market area, search terms, map rankings, AI search mentions, external channel information and basic web accessibility to decide which touchpoints to fix first. We review competitors, reviews, menus and services, with customer or owner interviews if needed, and look at call, inquiry, booking and order paths, staff workflow, tool selection and POS or delivery app features, permissions, migration and integration. Each can be commissioned on its own.

  • We define GA4, Search Console and call, booking and order measurement, review return visits and churn from available transaction or booking data, and state the limits of the analysis.
  • Usability and A/B tests: we agree participants, tasks, traffic, period and metrics, and say so when results are insufficient.
  • Before-and-after comparisons match period, source and measurement conditions, and separate calls, directions and clicks from actual bookings, orders and revenue. We record other changes such as ads or seasons, do not claim cause and effect, and do not guarantee rankings, visits or revenue. If data is limited, we start by proposing possible checks and ways to collect it.

Is the Starting Diagnosis required?

No. If you already know what you need, such as a logo, business cards or a website, we agree the scope and cost and start directly. The Starting Diagnosis is an optional paid study for when you are unsure where to begin.

What happens after 12 payments?

Rights to the project-specific website transfer to you, with no additional buyout payment. From month 13, Find Care continues hosting, SEO and agreed ongoing updates at $149.99/month. Transferable files and rights, and usage terms after handoff, are set out in your contract.

How does the diagnosis credit work?

If both parties sign a contract within 30 days of the date the results email is delivered, the full $199 is credited from the first invoice of that one contract. Are social video and replies included?

No. Social Management covers 9 static image posts on one platform. Video, carousels, on-site shoots and replies to comments or DMs are not included. Review replies and email or SMS sending can be quoted separately as monthly operations.

Can you help with ordering, payment or business systems?

Yes. We build website ordering and payment, booking, staff scheduling, inventory and CRM as project quotes, from tool setup and integration to custom development where needed. POS and delivery app integrations depend on each tool's supported features and permissions. Medical intake and the collection, processing or storage of health information are not included.

Do you guarantee search rankings or sales?

No. We do not guarantee changes in rankings, visits or revenue. We record conditions that changed, compare before and after under matching conditions, and separate calls, directions and clicks from actual bookings, orders and revenue.

With your permission, we also use Microsoft Clarity to collect clicks, scrolling and masked session replays to improve this website. Clarity sends this usage data to Microsoft. Microsoft may use the data under its Privacy Statement, including to improve its products and provide Microsoft Advertising. Our integration requests analytics consent and denies advertising storage. Clarity cookies are disabled in this project. We do not send custom visitor identifiers or form values to Clarity.

You can decline session analytics or turn it off at any time. Browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track preferences are respected. This choice controls Clarity; it does not change the site's existing Google Analytics setup. Query-bearing visits and private pages are excluded from Clarity.
